HR Assistant Manager

• To provide insight on HR policy, regulation and latest market practice on HR
• Manage full-circle recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified employees;
• Administer time sheet, attendance, and payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance;
• Manage labor contract, SHUI and labor compliance requirements;
• Handle employee relations and HR  matters effectively;
• Collaborate with vendors for visa applications, work permits, temporary residence card (TRC) and other legal documentation for expatriate employees.
• Collaborate with temporary workers agent on delivering headcount requests and build good relationship with agent
• Meeting with government officers from SHUI and Labor department (if needed) and build up good relationship
• Manage one HR clerk and provide training to her

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of HR experience in policy review, recruitment and payroll administration
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of labor code, SHUI, and payroll practices
• Good English communication skills
• Attributes: Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Working hours:

+ Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 12 at noon / 1pm to 5:30pm (one hour lunch break)

+ Friday    : 7:30 am to 12 at noon / 1pm to 4:30pm (one hour lunch break)

+ Saturday (Alternative) : 7:30 am to 12 at noon / 1pm to 4:30pm (one hour lunch break)
