Mô tả Công việc

  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process in accordance with company procedures, including manpower planning, sourcing strategy, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with BOD and dept head, ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels, manage recruitment budget and propose optimization solutions.
  • Develop periodic recruitment plans; collect, consolidate, and submit manpower requests from departments for approval.
  • Organize onboarding programs for new hires; support internal training activities (ISO, 5S) and coordinate external training when required.
  • Handle onboarding procedures; monitor probation progress and support in resolving employee-related issues.
  • Maintain and update HR database and personnel records in compliance with company policies.
  • Support employee relations activities and perform other HR tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience, exposure to high-volume/mass hiring is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills, experience with recruitment databases/tools is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills
