· Administer a wide range of HR matters in areas such as employees’ records, recruitment and selection, onboarding and off-boarding process
· Manage recruitment processes: job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, orientation programs
· Coordinate in preparing the Labor Contract and other compliance agreements
· Provide HR support in terms of employees’ welfare and benefits (e.g. attendance and leave records, overtime, insurance & medical claims) and ensure information are up-to-date
· Support in payroll processing by gathering and verifying data and collect the information for SHUI registration and PIT
· Assist in coordinating and organizing company’s training, meetings and events with proper planning
· Administer and manage employee enquiries on compensation and benefits which is compliance to the company practices and policies as well as local employment law
· Coordinate with HR vendors and service providers
· Support on other HR tasks and projects as required
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent qualification
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist
· Experience in recruitment & selection process, employee engagement experience would be an added advantage
· Good knowledge in Employment Labor Law
· Proactive with high level of accountability and independence with minimal supervision
· Meticulous, resourceful, organized and able to mutil-task
· High reliability and integrity in handling confidential information
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms)
· Excellent communication and written skills in English
