Human Resources (HR):
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, labor contracts, personnel files, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and administer monthly payroll data, including overtime, leave records, personal income tax (PIT) declarations, and social insurance updates.
- Coordinate with internal Finance/Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing, including allowances and statutory contributions.
- Manage payroll calculation and reporting, including mandatory insurances (Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance – SHUI) and PIT compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Code and internal company policies, particularly in relation to labor contracts, payroll, and statutory benefits.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and support HR reporting at both local and group levels.
- Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and taxation, providing clear and timely guidance.
- Support recruitment coordination, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Organize and support internal HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building events.
- Support annual HR processes including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and performance-related pay, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management (cleaning, stationery, delivery, IT services, etc.).
- Manage administrative processes for expatriates, including visas, work permits, and related documentation.
- Act as the main point of contact for building management and external parties, while coordinating office services and logistics.
- Support internal operations, including R&D documentation, courier arrangements, purchasing of office supplies, and coordination of meetings, events, and internal communications.
Education Required: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Required
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources (with a focus on C&B) and Administration, preferably in a foreign-invested company.
- Familiar with Vietnamese labor law, social insurance, and payroll processes.
- Good organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic English communication for working with foreign managers and group HR.
