Recruitment (50%):
· Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
· Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
· Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
· Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers and candidates.
· Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process.
· Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring reports.
· Support employer branding and recruitment events when required.
HR Operations (50%):
· Prepare employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
· Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Assist with timekeeping administration and attendance tracking.
· Perform HR data entry and maintain employee records accurately.
· Support HR filing, documentation, and compliance requirements.
· Handle other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
· Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
· Good command of English in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
· Comfortable communicating and working with foreign colleagues / managers.
· Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canvas is a plus.
