JOB IN SUMMARY

As an HR Intern ofi Vietnam, you will support our HR team in maintaining smooth store operations through recruitment coordination, onboarding support, employee engagement activities, and administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support recruitment operations including job postings, CV sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
• Update and maintain candidate and employee records accurately within HR systems and internal databases.
• Provide general administrative support and other documentation tasks.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR team.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

• Final-year students or fresh graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• Exposure to recruitment or related activities is beneficial
• Strong data-handling skills using Microsoft Offices, especially Excel for tracking and reporting. 
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
