- Guiding and coordinating the implementation of the Company's recruitment strategy to attract human resources to meet the Company's production and business requirements.
- Guiding and coordinating the implementation of the Company's Salary Welfare strategy in order to attract and retain human resources to meet the Company's production and business requirements.
- Guiding and coordinating the implementation of the Company's Training and Development strategy to develop employees to meet the Company's production and business requirements
- Completing the Company's system of policies, procedures, and human resource forms to be compatible with the Group's policies, procedures, and human resources forms.
- Ensure HR software data system is updated timely, accurately and effectively.
- Build and maintain a system of personnel records, ensuring records are stored carefully, confidentially and easy to use
- Manage and develop the human resources team, ensure that the human resource work is carried out smoothly and effectively.
- Proposing and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Company's human resources activities in order to optimize the budget, and at the same time help the Company comply with laws and human resource standards.
- Closely contacting and coordinating with departments in the Company, the Group and the competent authorities so that the Company can get maximum support in human resource work.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc Human Resources reports as required by the Company and the law.

• Having knowledge and experience in human resource management in enterprises for 5 years or more
