1. COMPENSATION & BENEFIT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Manage the processes of monthly Time Attendance, Payroll and Bonus correctly and timely.
- Manage all tasks related to compulsory insurances (social insurance, medical insurance, accidental insurance) and PIT.
- Manage employee’s profile and labor contract, handle physical partner’s documents from onboarding to resignation.
2. DEVELOP AND UPDATE C&B PROGRAM & SCHEME
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing C&B Policies & Scheme, including: Internal Labor Policy/ Collective Labor Agreement, long and short - term Incentives; recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
- Design and develop new HR procedures, regulations, templates, and systems to drive the execution of Total Rewards policies
3. DRIVE AND EXECUTION OF THE TOTAL REWARDS STRUCTURE
- Benchmarking and participating in salary, benefits and relevant industry surveys and provide a proactive review of market pay and benefit for related positions; conduct internal and external analysis to ensure that all programs (e.g. pay structures, benefit plans, etc.) are competitive.
- Implement the management of job analysis, evaluation, and classification processes.
- Establish salary structures and benefit schemes tailored to each job level.
- Execute HR operational tasks regarding annual merit increases, budget allocation, bonus and incentive calculation (annually, quarterly & monthly), as well as coordinating the annual performance evaluation process
- Drive the execution of communication to maximize employee understanding and appreciation of the Company's Total Rewards programs.
4. COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
- Standardize and harmonize C&B and benefits policies across the Corporation and Subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits program.
- Manage employees following company rules/regulation and take in charge of handling labor disciplinary cases.
5. PLAN AND CONTROL PRC BUDGET OF THE CORPORATION & SUBSIDIARIES
- Planning annual personnel related cost
- Budgeting control, monthly actual tracking cost vs budget
- Implement reports on personnel and related personnel costs.
6. HRIS MANAGEMENT
- Manage all employee’s transaction information in Human Resources Information system (HRIS); ensure the accuracy of data in the system.
- Develop/update the system to ensure successful delivery of all related HR modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 - 5+ year of management experience in employee compensation & beneftis. Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in manufacturing industries
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact to all levels.
- Experience and comfort working collaboratively and independently.
- Strong negotiation and time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills Microsoft, experience with HRIS.
