Support to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system/data issues through Servicenow Tickets.
Provide day-to-day HR System support to answer incoming requests and aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and process HR service requests actions as needed in a timely manner, ensure data integrity, and follow up as necessary to assure completion of actions
Maintain data dictionary definitions, documentation and support guides.
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Support HR projects related to HRIS
Produce reports and handle assigned tasks.
Provide administrative support to the HRIS team as appropriate with a variety of administrative tasks and assignments.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HRIS management and providing a broad range of customer-focused HRIS services.
Fundamental computer skills using various technology tools and applications such as HR Information Systems, case management systems, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, …
Ability to engage and interact with customers; Customer focus.
Experience interacting effectively and diplomatically with others and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships within a diverse environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and Prioritization skill.
Strong Problem-solving, analytical, Decision Making, and judgment skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work (documents, reports, correspondence) that is concise, logical, and grammatically correct.
