Mô tả Công việc

  1. Recruitment
    • Coordinate with managers and leaders to understand recruitment needs and job requirements
    • Manage the posting job issues in recruitment channels.
    • Process internal interview procedure: Screen CV, schedule interviews, and coordinate with manager & leaders of all department to interview and select candidates.
    • Directly join interview with candidates, perform onboarding activities
    • Maintain and update candidate records in the company system
    • Responsible for the employer branding activities through maintaining the relationship with universities and managing the social channels of company.
    • Responsible for weekly – monthly – quarterly – yearly recruitment reports as requirement
  2. Other
    • Report about human resources when required
    • Other HR – Admin task assigned by supervisors

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Major: Bachelor in Economics, Finance – Banking, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English, Chinese or related majors…

- For officer: At least 1 year experience in HR & Admin

- For intern: no experience is needed.

- Can work full time.

- A strong desire to work in HR & Admin.

- Teamwork skill, hardworking, careful and willing to learn.

- Foreign language: 750+ TOEIC (other certificate equivalents 700+ TOEIC) or HSK/ TOCFL level 4+; and can use it fluently (4 skills) in work.

- Can use office equipment, good at using Microsoft Office.
