1. Timekeeping
- Reviewing every timecard to ensure their employee’s time is accurately recorded and complete;
- Process daily face scanning data for employees;
- Reconciles, calculates and balances hours and minutes to correspond with actual time recorded;
- Check departmental timecards to ensure employee’s time is accurately recorded and complete;
- Assist departments and employees with edits or questions regarding timekeeping;
- Review and make necessary corrections in regards to the Leave reconciliation error report;
- Work with employee to resolve errors;
- Complete the timesheet by the deadline;
- Check data for Overtime, Absent, Shifts. Maintains attendance records;
- Statistics and tracking of maternity cases: pregnancy, childbirth, nursing small children,...
- Summary of cases of unpaid leave from 14 days/month;
- Statistics and submission of monthly working time reports;
- Summary of the situation of the use of annual leave;
- Print timesheets to confirm and signing departments.
2. Labor contract
- Receive probation assessment results and make labor contracts for all employees;
- Remind to evaluate, re-sign labor contract and make new labor contracts for employees;
- Make an annex to the labor contract when there is a salary adjustment, change of position,...
