MAIN PURPOSE:
The HR Specialist is responsible for managing nationwide recruitment activities for positions ranging from junior to senior levels. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong passion for talent acquisition and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES:
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, etc.).
• Screening & Interviews: Review CVs, conduct prescreening interviews, assess candidate experience, and perform reference checks where possible.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, suggest interviewing techniques, and guide the interview process.
• Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers within budget and prepare backup plans as needed.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure timely follow-ups, update hiring status, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Employer Branding: Represent Aden at job fairs, networking events, and through social media to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.
• Reporting: Provide hiring reports and ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as required by management.
• Support and implement HR management activities under the direction of the HR Manager.
• Execute HR guidelines, policies, organizational plans, and structures as assigned.
• Review and monitor operational situations at sites and provide appropriate HR support.
• Support all activities related to employee and labor relations.
• Monitor site operations, provide consultation, and resolve HR-related issues arising at sites.
• Develop and implement support plans for site operations when required.
• Maintain personnel records, employee files, and HR statistics accurately and systematically.
• Research and develop recruitment channels, including partnerships with vocational schools and universities, to expand the recruitment network

• Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Experience in recruitment or headhunting within the F&B industry is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar talent acquisition or HR hiring Mass role
• Strong ability to assess and evaluate candidates across various functions and seniority levels.
• Expertise in recruitment and interviewing techniques.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Innovative approach to recruitment strategy.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and proactive.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
