FUNCTIONS
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet manpower demands at all levels.
- Manage recruitment channels, labor suppliers, and university/college partnerships; build and maintain talent pools.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, coordinate line interviews, prepare offers, and manage onboarding processes.
- Conduct newcomer orientation and RBA training; manage training plans, training matrix, retraining records, OSH training, and radiation-related records.
- Perform general HR and administrative tasks, including correspondence handling, records management, and internal database updates.
- Prepare HR documentation for newcomers; manage probation, labor contracts, and employee records in compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate social insurance, labor procedures, employee benefits, timekeeping, payroll support, overtime and allowance reporting.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for internal, customer, and ISO audits; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organize company visits, career activities for students, and coordinate internal and external events.
- Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety compliance activities.
