Education: Bachelor or advanced Degree in major of Economic, Finance, Banking, Human Resource Management, Foreign Languages (English) or equivalent.
Experience: From 3 - 5 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefit (C&B) jobs, above 5 years is preferred.
