With around 150 employees, our factory is located in Go Dau Industrial Zone, Dong Nai, operating in a disciplined, compliance-driven and performance-focused environment.

What you will be accountable for
• Running full HR & Admin operations (~150 employees) without gaps
• Ensuring zero critical compliance issues (Labor Law, audits, inspections)
• Managing payroll, OT, social insurance, PIT with high accuracy
• Building and driving a practical KPI/performance system
• Maintaining low turnover and stable workforce in production
• Handling employee relations cases firmly and fairly
• Strengthening team capability and discipline on the ground
• You have solid experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical is a strong advantage)
• You have been in charge of full-scope HR, not just a function
• You are hands-on, practical, and comfortable working at the factory floor
• You can work with both workers and top management effectively
• You are confident handling difficult employee relations situations
• Female candidates are preferred.
