Job Summary
The HR Support Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for the company in Vietnam while also supporting office administration and HR operational tasks. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both local and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for business and corporate functions.
Post job advertisements across various recruitment channels and social platforms.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress and metrics.
Support onboarding activities for new employees.
HR & Administrative Support
Support office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
Coordinate with vendors, office building management, and external service providers.
Manage office supplies, company assets, and administrative documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communications.
Support preparation of HR documents, employee records, and other administrative paperwork.
Assist regional and local teams with operational coordination when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in a regional or multinational environment is a plus.
