1. HRIS / Groupware Operation & Administration
- Manage and operate the HRIS/Groupware system used for company-wide HR activities.
- Monitor system performance to ensure stability, accuracy, and security.
2. System Development & Enhancement
- Research and evaluate HR software features/applications to propose improvements in line with business requirements at each stage.
- Coordinate with the IT team to check, troubleshoot, and fix system issues when they arise.
- Support Business Units (BUs) in connecting Groupware with other modules/systems (e.g. Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, etc.).
3. Documentation & UAT
- Develop and update user manuals, system documentation, and guidelines when system enhancements or changes are implemented.
- Prepare documentation and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or updated system functions.
- Collect and consolidate feedback from users during the UAT process.
4. User Training & Support
- Train and guide users on how to effectively use the HRIS/Groupware system.
- Provide ongoing support and handle user issues related to system operations.
5. Team Management (Applicable for Team Leader level and above)
- Manage team members (if any) to ensure the department’s KPIs assigned by the Company are achieved.
6. Other Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line management.
