Planning work for the team according to the development strategy of the company
Build up JD management SOP & updated periodically
Build up teamwork; mentor the members about local compliance rules; conduct soft-skill trainings such as screening; interview; data management; negotiation & presentation to develop their competences
Integrate with other functions for recommending changes to develop recruiter's competences
Build up & expand hiring channel/ source to attract a large of candidate for selection
Make action plan for the result of hiring effectiveness analysis report
