Mô tả Công việc

  • Training Management and Organization: Coordinate training activities, ensuring staff are upskilled.
  • Update and maintain training materials: Ensure materials are always aligned with production processes, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Training Records Management: Ensure staff are fully trained and records are properly maintained.
  • Training Scheduling and Notification: Schedule regular training sessions and notify relevant departments.
  • Training Effectiveness Evaluation: Collect feedback, test, and monitor performance to evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders: Work with trainers, production managers, and supervisors to ensure effective training.
  • Initial Training: Deliver initial training courses on company policies and NIBE documents.
  • Training Reporting: Periodic training data reports

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • College/ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resourcesor a related field is preferred (Relevant experience may be considered)
  • High efficiency on office sofwares (windows, word, excel, powerpoint).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably for manufacturing  environment.
  • Experience in designing and training programs, particularly for direct labor.
  • Good at English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Strong planning & communication skills.
  • Careful & hardworking
