1. Talent Acquisition & Employer branding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all office staff at the factory.
- Deliver a complete and consistent onboarding experience for every new hire.
- Promote employer brand presence on social media pages.
- Build partnerships with businesses and schools to enhance the factory's labor pool (part-time, internship, and other resources).
2. Employee Engagement & Social
- Take the lead in planning and executing internal engagement initiatives and events.
- Handle all internal communication channels to keep employees informed and connected.
- Develop and implement operational plans for CSR and ESG activities.
3. Training & Development
- Manage all training programs across the factory (both internal and external), including occupational safety, soft skills, and other relevant courses.
- Assist in coordinating classes to ensure they run smoothly.
4. HR Systems & Performance Management
- Centralize and maintain HR Information System (CJ platforms).
- Drive the Performance Management & Development System process and roadmap.
- Effectively control budgets and execute annual plans.
