1. People data, reporting & organization support:
- Support review of headcount plan & org chart of in-charge departments; update, consolidate & cross-check data.
- Update employee exit list; support the staff-level (full-time) exit interview process and consolidate exit data & insights.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for projects/management (data tracking, analysis, dashboards & report templates).
2. HRBP project & communication support:
- Build & collect surveys for HRBP projects (create form, collect & consolidate data).
- Create/design template, media & content; propose activities to engage and attract participants.
- Track & analyze basic project data.
3. Administrative & others:
- Check & prepare logistics for HRBP meetings with related departments.
- Support tracking & follow-up of document approval.
- Other HRBP duties as assigned
1. 3rd/final-year students or fresh graduates; HR, Business, Economics or related preferred (open to other fields)
2. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, PivotTable, charts) for handling and analyzing HR data
3. Comfortable working with numbers/data; strong accuracy and attention to detail
4. Able to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion when handling sensitive employee/HR data
5. Good at reading documents in English
6. Active, enthusiastic, eager to learn
7. Can use Canva design / video editing (a plus)
8. Prior experience with data/numbers or HR work (a plus)
