1. Occupational safety and hygiene:
- Prepare annual occupational safety and health plan, training plan in accordance with the law.
- Work with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety
- Organize the implementation of labor protection and safety and emergency response.
- Supervising the implementation of technical measures for occupational safety and fire prevention.
- Monitoring and inspecting the maintenance and inspection of machines with strict requirements on OSH.
- Periodic inspection, testing and calibration of equipment according to regulations, procedures and regulations on safety.
- Design and build a system of safety signages in the company.
- Training, guiding the implementation of occupational safety and other related plans.
- Monitoring the compliance with safety regulations of employees.
- Checking safety for contractors working at the company, reviewing construction plans, safety measures, guiding and supervising the implementation of safety work.
- Participate in the investigation and declaration of occupational accidents according to decentralization and according to the provisions of law.
- Proposing appropriate means of PPE.
- Monitoring the Inspect, maintain fire protection equipment in accordance with the Law and the company's regulations.
- Organize periodic fire prevention drills at the company and contact training to issue certificates of fire prevention and fighting technology for facility fire prevention and fighting teams.
- Develop a plan to respond to chemical spills and send it to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- Make reports on OSH, reports on occupational accidents, reports on chemicals, reports on fire fighting and prevention, etc., and send them to relevant functional departments.
- Review and propose programs, activities, and means of supporting safety awareness-raising for employees.
2. Environment:
- Develop annual environmental monitoring plan.
- Control of collection, storage and transportation of hazardous waste, industrial waste and domestic waste.
- Supervising and instructing staff operating the wastewater treatment system to record the daily wastewater index.
- Training company employees to comply with environmental laws.
- Monitor and control the resources in the factory: waste water, exhaust gas, dust, hazardous waste, industrial waste and domestic waste.....
- Prepare annual environmental monitoring reports to competent agencies.
- Building and obtaining the certificate of trial operation of environmental protection works.
- Identify and control environmental aspects.
- Update and assess compliance with Vietnamese, local, and customer legal requirements.
3. Health:
- Planning periodic health checks, and annual occupational disease for employees.
- Liaise with functional units to conduct health check-ups and occupational diseases for employees.
- Informing employees about examination results and recommending suitable jobs for employees.
- Update first aid equipment and periodically check first aid kits and medical cabinets.
- Develop measures, plans and regulations in disease prevention.
- Monitor the implementation and update the results according to current requirements and regulations.
4. Quality Management System:
- Liaise with management and employees to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations.
- Ensure compliance of procedures as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements including developing and implementing necessary compliance documents and procedures.
- Building, maintaining and improving the integrated management system ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Drafting procedures, regulations Environment - Occupational health and safety and general documents of the ISO system.
- Implement the application of the ISO document system to improve the efficiency in the management of the Company's activities.
- Monitor the application of the system by departments and make appropriate improvement recommendations.
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of the internal audit process throughout the company.
- To review nonconformity reports and the effectiveness of corrective or preventive actions.
- Review and monitor the business activities, permits, certificates and relevant documents to ensure the compliance of the relevant statutory requirements at all times, including the international standards, local regulations, code of practices and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and liaise with certification bodies.
5. ESG:
- ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, CSRD)
- Environmental monitoring (e.g., CO2 emissions, energy consumption)
- Supporting sustainability audits and customer questionnaires
- Engaging with stakeholders (community, suppliers, NGOs)
