HSE Executive

Safety Monitoring & Incident Management:

• Regularly inspect and assess the safety of factory machinery, equipment, vehicles, fire protection systems.
• Identify potential risks and report incidents promptly, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Respond to labor accidents and safety incidents, making urgent reports and assisting in investigations to prevent future occurrences.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain and update records, processes, and safety documentation in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ensure adherence to environmental safety standards, including waste management and hygiene.
• Represent the factory in dealings with regulatory bodies, partners, and customers regarding safety and environmental issues.
• Make urgent and timely reports when incidents or labor accidents arise to HSE Executive and Board of Directors, and coordinate to organize labor accident investigations.

Training & Employee Safety Awareness:

• Organize and lead safety training programs for employees, ensuring awareness of occupational health and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure employees are trained and compliant with safety standards.
• Monitor and encourage employee adherence to environmental regulations and safe work practices.

Maintenance & Environmental Initiatives:

• Develop and implement plans for the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and fire protection systems to ensure operational safety.
• Work with the Sustainability team and other departments to ensure compliance with ISO, CSR standards, and customer environmental requirements.
• Promote sustainability initiatives, including waste collection, recycling, and overall environmental responsibility in the factory.
• Develop plans and organize the implementation of maintenance, repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, means of transport, workshops and fire protection

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in HSE in manufacturing companies, preferably in the forestry industry.
• Certification: Group 2 Safety Certification, Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue certification, knowledge of ISO and CSR is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to different provinces within the country.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Strong training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high work pressure.
