Conduct 6S patrols across the factory and supervise contractor activities.
Handle documentation for occupational accidents.
Conduct HSE training (newcomer, internal, group training).
Prepare and organize emergency drills (fire, chemical, etc.).
Perform monthly 6S audits and reporting.
Coordinate periodic health check-ups.
Prepare reports for government authorities.
Manage waste and maintain related documentation.
Support environmental and workplace monitoring activities.
Update ISO 14001 & 45001 documents.
Share HSSE bulletins and perform other tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
Familiar with 6S, emergency response planning, and waste management regulations
Experience in handling occupational accident documentation and dealing with government agencies
Strong communication and training skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good English skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
