HSE Senior Supervisor (GIA LAI)

Responsible for daily HSE activities at the Green Coffee Plant, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ofi safety standards. The role will support site inspections, contractor safety, training, incident investigation, and continuous safety improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workplace safety inspections and follow up corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor activities and Permit to Work (PTW) compliance.
• Support Risk Assessments (RA), JSA, and incident investigations.
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training.
• Support implementation of LOTO, Work at Height, Confined Space, and Traffic Safety programs.
• Coordinate statutory inspections for forklifts, pressure vessels, air compressors, and other regulated equipment.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and KPI tracking.
• Support fire drills, emergency preparedness, and safety campaigns.

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of:
  • Occupational Safety & Health
  • Fire Safety (PCCC)
  • Risk Assessment (RA/JSA)
  • Permit to Work (PTW)
  • Contractor Safety Management
  • LOTO and Work at Height
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and willing to work on the shopfloor.
• Basic English communication skills for reporting and working with company procedures.
