HSE Staff

• Compile safety programs.

• Provide information and guidance to Site Managers and staff on obligation in respect of occupational health and safety, ensuring consistency across all locations where construction activities are undertaken.

• Practice safe working techniques.

• Implement and maintain health and safety standards.

• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.

• Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.

• Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.

• Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.

• Promote safety initiatives.

• Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.

• Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.

• Ensure timely completion of incident/ accident/ injury report, undertake incident and accident investigations, providing root cause and performance trend analysis, and recommend appropriate risk and hazard management strategies.

• Perform construction site safety compliance inspections and audits, including hazard analysis and safe work procedures, with written reports and recommendations for action.

• Regularly inspect equipment.

• Lead on daily safety tool box talks

• Compile and Prepare Project Reports - weekly and monthly

* Requirements:

• A Bachelor or College Degree in Health – Safety – Environment major or Engineering Degree.
• At least 3-year experience in HSE role in big factory or global projects.
• Proficient in English four skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
• Valid competency certificates.
• Registration as a Health and Safety Officer.
• Strong communication, self directed and analytical skills.
