HSE Supervisor (Chuyên Viên An Toàn Lao Động)

• Location: Hiep Phuoc Zone, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City
• Report to: Factory Manager (Nhon Trach - Dong Nai)

Main Duties:

1. Ensure safety and environment system compliances.

• Monitor the HS&E annual improvement plans to ensure its implemented.
• Monitor the safety compliances with company policies, procedures, standards, rules and regulations to ensure everyone following.
• Manage Safety sytem/CSM implementation to eliminate incident/accident at works.
• Ensure the implementation of requirements on environment and ISO 14001 system in order comply with company policy and legal requirements.

2. Ensure security management system is in place and well control

• Daily monitoring of security activities and report
• Cooperate with security contractor and Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone or relevant departments to ensure site security system smoothly operation.

3. Ensure all critical equipment that had requirements of safety to be checked & certified on time.

• File all documents related to this equipment and keep them on track.
• Plan to certified special equipment according to safety requirements & VN Law.

4. Ensure Safety and Environment performance.

• Manage every serious & near miss incidents, tracking report of hazards & risk control to eliminate the risk and hazardous at works.
• Manage SOT/PTO/EOT according to schedule and correction actions monitoring.
• Monthly monitoring of site environmental performance and immediate alert in case of environment incidents.
• Manage housekeeping plan, tree planting, site green days to improve landscape of the site.

5. Other tasks

• Develop and sustain relationship with local authorities.
• Meetings with inspectors/Auditors regarding safety and environment matters.

6. Manage the health check of Insee staff & advising management to keep all health matters following state regulation and the company policy

• To hold annual health check for staff.
• Monitor the annual workplace environmental monitoring report about micro-climate and labor conditions and co-operate to safety and environment officer to follow up the occupational diseases for employees.
• Report to local health authority if needed.

7. Managing all relevant documents for staffs health

• All medical documents are under supervision.
• Medical records of staffs are kept confidentially.

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree of Occupational Health & Safety/Environment.
• First Aid qualification.
• Basic Fire Safety & Emergency Response Qualification.

2. Relevant Experience:

• Experienced in Industry activities.
• Experienced in organizing Safety Collaborators.
• Knowledge of Vietnam OHS&E system and Hazard management/ Risk Assessment.
• Knowledge of Fire Safety Management.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to communicate, investigate & analysis.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software.
