HSE Supervisor

- Monitor site safety conditions and ensure proper 5S implementation across operational sites.

- Establish, implement and maintain Health, Safety & Environmental management systems.

- Ensure company compliance with legal regulations, customer requirements, and internal HSE policies.

- Supervise daily operation of safety, health and environmental control systems

- Conduct HSE induction training and periodic safety training for employees and contractors

- Deliver safety briefings and awareness programs.

- Monitor, record and report safety, health and environmental performance data.

- Participate in occupational accident handling, investigation, and reporting.

- Propose corrective and preventive measures for unsafe conditions and incidents.

- Coordinate and prepare documentation for government inspections and external audits

- Ensure Fire Protection & Fighting (PCCC) systems are maintained and compliant with legal requirements

- Manage registration of equipment with strict safety requirements with state authorities

- Monitor periodic inspection and testing of regulated equipment in accordance with state regulations

- Support implementation and monitoring of ISO 14001 program (knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage)

- Act as HSE advisor to management and departments

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

- Giám sát công tác an toàn và triển khai 5S tại các khu vực vận hành.

- Xây dựng, triển khai và duy trì hệ thống quản lý An toàn – Sức khỏe – Môi trường.

- Đảm bảo công ty tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật, yêu cầu khách hàng và quy định nội bộ.

- Theo dõi và giám sát hoạt động của hệ thống an toàn, sức khỏe và môi trường hàng ngày.

- Tổ chức đào tạo an toàn lao động, môi trường cho nhân viên và nhà thầu.

- Truyền thông và cảnh báo về an toàn, sức khỏe và môi trường trong toàn công ty

- Theo dõi, ghi nhận và báo cáo các hoạt động HSE.

- Tham gia xử lý tai nạn lao động, điều tra nguyên nhân và lập báo cáo.

- Đề xuất biện pháp phòng ngừa, cải tiến và xử lý các tình huống không an toàn.

- Phối hợp chuẩn bị hồ sơ và làm việc với đoàn thanh tra, kiểm tra, audit định kỳ

- Đảm bảo hệ thống Phòng cháy chữa cháy luôn sẵn sàng và tuân thủ quy định pháp luật

- Lập danh sách và đăng ký thiết bị có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn với cơ quan quản lý nhà nước.

- Theo dõi kiểm định định kỳ và nghiệm thu thiết bị theo quy định

- Theo dõi và triển khai chương trình ISO 14001; có hiểu biết về ISO 9001 là lợi thế

- Hỗ trợ cấp trên trong các vấn đề liên quan đến HSE

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý.

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HSE position, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.

- Experience working with regulatory authorities and annual audit/inspection teams is highly preferred.

- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese HSE laws and regulations.

- Professional knowledge of ISO 14001; familiarity with ISO 9001 is a plus

- Strong presentation and training skills.

- Good analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Detail-oriented, proactive and compliance-focused.

- Able to work independently and under pressure.

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành An toàn lao động, Môi trường, Kỹ thuật hoặc các ngành liên quan

- Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí HSE tương đương

- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong môi trường nhà máy/sản xuất

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với cơ quan chức năng và các đoàn thanh tra/audit hằng năm.

- Am hiểu quy định pháp luật về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động và môi trường

- Có kiến thức chuyên môn về ISO 14001; hiểu biết về ISO 9001 là lợi thế

- Kỹ năng đào tạo và thuyết trình tốt.

- Kỹ năng phân tích, xử lý tình huống và lập báo cáo.

- Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Cẩn thận, chủ động, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.

- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu áp lực tốt.
