Nippon Kaiji Kyokai, known as ClassNK or NK, is a ship classification society. The Society is actively engaged in a growing range of ship related activities and services aimed at contributing to promoting the protection of human life and property at sea as well as protection of the marine environment.

- Survey at HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd (HVS)

- Our job performance is during Construction - New shipbuilding ship surveys at shipyards.

Technical and professional skills

- Inspect Hull items (Block, Pre- Erection, Erection joint ,LSA,…), welding quality inspection or Mach items (pressure test, Installation of equipment, performance test,…)

Education

- TOEIC

- Graduated from Naval Architecture, Vietnam Maritime University

- Experience on Shipping industry (Especially Hull)

- Certificate qualified other Class, BV, …

- Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)

- Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English is preferred

- Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)

Belonging Office Office hours

Ho Chi Minh office (08:00 — 17:00) Monday to Friday

The type of contract

Definite term contract (From DD MMMM YYYY to 31 December 2025)

HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding

Salary

Basic: USD 2,300 / month (Gross)

Monthly Allowance

Short term allowance: 700 USD

Note:

1. Hotel fee (53 USD, maximum) and Daily allowance(20 USD) is to be applicable during vocational training at the Representative Office (subject to VAT invoice from hotel)

2. Subsidy is to be used for purchase daily grocery for staff.

Bonus : Nil

Overtime Work Allowance, Holiday Work Allowance : In accordance with Office Regulation and the Labor Code etc.

Annual Paid Leave : In accordance with Office Regulation and the Labor Code etc. (1 day per month (12 days for year))

Business Trip Expenses : In accordance with Office Regulation

PIT deduction : In accordance with the Labor Code etc. (Taken care by employer)

Social Insurance Premium : In accordance with the Labor Code etc. (Taken care by employer)

Retirement Allowance : Nil

Notice of Termination : In accordance with the Labor Code etc. (Notice to 30 days before)

Other condition :

- Probation period with 60 days

- Pick up from accommodation from HVS
