Mô tả Công việc

  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance Colleagues skills and knowledge
  • Developing training programs to improve leadership skills and teamwork throughout the Company
  • Facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training
  • Designing and implementing performance management programs to ensure that Colleagues are meeting performance standards and goals
  • Analyzing data and creating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with other Departments to ensure that the Company is aligned with its mission and values
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Company and help it adapt to changes in the industry and market
  • Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1/ QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration , or related fields

2/ ABILITIES & SKILLS

  • Ability to build and maintain good internal relationships with other departments
  • Ability to train some soft skills
  • Ability to listen and empathize
  • Negotiating and persuasion skills
  • Logical thinking, active learning spirit, creativity at work
  • Work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in using English
  • Experience in designing and implementing talent management and succession planning (PLUS)

3/ EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of experience in OD or L&D areas
