About the role
As the Human Resource Manager, your main responsibility will be the overall management of the Human Resource Department. In addition, this role is also responsible for the oversight of all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resource Manager, you will lead the HR department. This role reports directly to the Managing Director. Your main responsibilities are as follows:
· Responsible for all HR related matters and oversees the daily workflow of the department.
· Manage the staffing process, including the recruitment and selection process.
· Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
· Establish HR policies and ensure policies are applied consistently.
· Handling workplace investigations and disciplinary procedures.
· Implement key HR operation processes to ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
· Implement and maintain HR systems and processes.
· Being a management team member, liaise and communicate with other department heads to ensure smooth and efficient business operation activities.
· Must conduct business with the highest degree of integrity and compliance.
· Perform other related duties as and when requested by management.
Key Requirements
· Minimum degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines. Any other relevant qualifications will be added advantage.
· Minimum 8 years experience, with at least 5 in management position in a similar role. Experience in FMCG industry will be added advantage.
· Familiarity with Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Must be up to date with all relevant regulations.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills along with good negotiation skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word)
· Good command in English skills, verbal and written.
· Flexible with a positive and can-do attitude.
