Human Resource Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations. This role is crucial in developing and executing HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.

• Manage performance management systems, including employee evaluations and career development initiatives.

• Address and resolve HR-related issues while maintaining compliance with local labor laws.

• Administer compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.

• Respond to external agency documentation and ensure accurate legal and insurance management.

• Organize major internal events, maintain office schedules, and oversee administrative tasks.

• Supervise asset inspections and office supply management to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sociology, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (business-level fluency required).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide HR and administrative teams.

• In-depth understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management, and HR software.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic-thinking abilities.
