Human Resources Intern (Talent Acquisition)

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Assist in building a strong candidate pipeline for various functions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Participate in career fairs, campus events, and other talent outreach initiatives.
• Contribute ideas and content to promote our employer brand on social media platforms
• Assist in the execution of employer branding campaigns.

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Passionate about people, branding, and storytelling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
