HVAC Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

- Manage a team of workers in charge of the following tasks:

o Install insulation (pins, rockwool, cladding);

o Install ventilation system: mounting spiral pipe, HVAC equipment, etc.

o Pre-Outfitting: pining, welding support, etc.

2. Other Duties:

- Achieve demanding targets in HSE, timekeeping and cost, ensuring a world-class quality level.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree within HVAC (Thermoelectric cooling major), Marine or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:

o In ventilation works (HVAC equipment), insulation;

o Specially in installation HVAC spiral duct and thin duct;

o In People management and work organization;

o Knowledge of Marine Accommodation is highly advantageous.

• Skills & Competencies:

o Fluent in spoken and written English;

o Basic computer and AutoCAD knowledge;

o Careful mindset focused on the highest quality standard;

o Take ownership at work.
