IATF OFFICER

Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for supporting the Project Management team in coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. Will act as a key document controller and coordinator, ensuring that all technical documentation, tooling readiness, and process milestones are strictly maintained to meet production deadlines.

Job Description

• Manage and track tooling overview to ensure readiness for production stages.
• Prepare core documents such as FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
• Create and maintain Change Control Records and Gate Review Records in alignment with the APQP process.
• Support both internal and external audits
• Assist in meeting preparation, documentation, and action tracking.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Quality to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in document management position at Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and Change Management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good English writing and verbal skills.
