IE Manager

Job summary

• Manage IE team in terms of performance and deliver the expectations of the management team.
• Daily driving for actions and task tracking of team members.

Responsibilities

1. Leading IE team to deliver overall objectives and KPI.
2. Achieve Savings target of department.
3. Provide support to team members.
4. Training/Coaching and identify key talent for development.
5. Define improvement opportunities and draw-out solutions.
6. Managing the daily work and resource arrangement of IE team.
7. Leading IE team in term of task completion and development.
8. Be responsible to deliver IE objectives and KPI.
9. Follow up and keep track of tasks, improvements.
10. Provide solutions to concerned issues from other department in term of IE.
11. Manufacturing process and documentation control (review, update).
12. Driving for continuous improvement, especially on Productivity and Process flow. Developing internal resource of IE.

This position will be based in SHTP Factory. Shuttle bus from District 1,7,10,11,12, Go Vap, Tan Binh, Hoc Mon/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

Education: University graduate or above, Major in Industrial Management or Engineering field (Electrical/Mechanical/...).

Experience: 7-10 years or above of manufacturing experience with a Multi-national company in Industrial Engineering.

Knowledge

• Experienced in assembly and the packing process.
• Solid experience in layout and process flow management, preferably of warehouse optimization.
• Certification in LEAN, 6 Sigma, Continuous Improvement.
• Ability to work in a team environment
