Analyze cost structures and develop solutions to reduce production costs.
Standardize meeting structures to optimize factory operational processes.
Develop employee competency assessment methods and implement training programs to enhance the capabilities of middle management.
Standardize and promote more effective implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Gemba, and other operational excellence practices.
Adjust competency evaluation frameworks for employees to better align with the factory’s actual operations.
Actively participate in deploying Lean tools and quality management systems, provide training, and drive the transformation toward a lean culture.

Male/Female. Age: 30-40 years old
University graduate or higher in related majors
Have 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, planning, and target overview in garment factories
Have knowledge about 5S, Kaizen, strong in costing, reporting data, planning
Good at English
