Ensure shipment advice and ISF are sent to the Customer and Traffic Team on the same day the container is loaded.
Ensure Shipping Instructions (S/I) and Verified Gross Mass (VGM) are submitted to the shipping line promptly after container loading and before the carrier’s cutoff time.
Ensure all export shipments are registered for Phytosanitary Certification before the shipping date.
Ensure the Invoice, Packing List, and Draft Bill of Lading (B/L) are sent to the Customer/Traffic Team within 2 days after the shipping date.
Prepare and arrange Certificate of Origin (C/O), Phytosanitary Certificate, and Fumigation Certificate after Bill of Lading confirmation.
Scan and send the full set of shipping documents to customers and arrange delivery of original documents as required.
Coordinate and arrange monthly payments to shipping lines.
Arrange delivery of original documents to the Traffic Team within 24 hours of receipt.
University graduation in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Other Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Import & Export operations.
Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility.
Male candidates living in Binh Duong or willing to relocate to Binh Duong are preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Careful, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
