Manage and direct all Import-Export operations of the Company, ensuring smooth, efficient, and legally compliant processes that maximally support foreign processing/manufacturing activities according to international standards.
Plan, organize, execute, and supervise all Export (EX) and Import (IM) procedures for goods, raw materials, and machinery supporting production.
Directly handle and control Customs documentation, especially for processing and export-production types, including managing consumption norms, liquidation reports, and Customs finalization.
Execute and rigorously control C/O (Certificate of Origin) application procedures to ensure goods qualify for preferential tax rates, including:
Preferential C/Os (FTAs): Form E (ASEAN-China), Form AANZ
Specific C/Os: Form EUR.1
Non-Preferential C/Os: Form B, Form VN.
Check, cross-reference, and manage the BOM (Bill of Materials) accurately to serve Customs declarations, calculate raw material norms, and settle processing contracts.
Directly communicate with foreign partners, suppliers, customers, forwarders, and Customs authorities using Mandarin Chinese.
Mandarin Chinese Proficiency:
Fluent in all 4 skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) (must be able to communicate fluently in business settings and negotiate contracts/documents).
In-depth Professional Experience:
Minimum 05 years of experience in the Import-Export field, with at least 02 years of experience in a management position (Deputy/Department Manager).
Solid knowledge and practical experience with foreign processing/manufacturing companies (thorough understanding of IE regimes, material management, and Customs liquidation procedures).
Specialized and In-depth Skills:
Proficiency and practical experience in applying for the aforementioned preferential and non-preferential C/O forms.
Deep understanding and experience in checking and managing BOM (raw material consumption norms).
Profound knowledge of Customs Law, Decrees, Circulars related to IE, and trade agreements (FTAs).
Personal Attributes: High sense of responsibility, integrity, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
