Mô tả Công việc

1.     Key Responsibilities:

-        Handle documents for import/export shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

         ·       Import: Receive Pre-alert from agent, declare E-MNF, make AN, DO & DN for customer, etc.

         ·       Export: Receive booking requests from customers for LCL/FCL/air shipments. Place booking with shipping line/co-loader. Submit SI, VGM, issue HBL, DN, send Pre-alert to agent, etc.

-        Check freight & logistics cost (O/F, A/F, DDU, DDP, EXW, etc.) with carriers/ coloader/ oversea agent, etc. for import/export shipments.

-        Prepare/ check shipping docs: Sales Contract, CI, PL, and other relevant documents. Coordinate with OPS to follow up customs clearance procedures.

-        Coordinate with internal team, customers, oversea agents, shipping lines and related parties to ensure smooth process.

-        Maintain good relationship with customers, visiting customers with the Managers if required.

-        Resolve operational issues & complaints if any.

-        Update shipment details accurately in the internal system.

-        Other tasks assigned by Manager/Director.

2.     BENEFITS:

3. WORKING TIME:

    Monday to Friday: 8h30- 17h30 (lunch time: 12:00-13:30) & Saturday morning: 8h30- 12h00

4. WORKING LOCATION: No.59 Lam Son, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-        Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Import-Export, Logistics or related fields.

-        At least 03 years experience at a similar role in Logistics-Forwarding/ Import-Export Trading company, have solid knowledge of Incoterms.

-        Willing to accompany the Manager on client visits and attend business meetings as required.

-        Good at English, especially Communication & writing.

-        Capable of working independently as well as teamwork.

-        Good communication and problem-solving skill.

-        Proactive, detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility.

-        Proficient in Microsoft Office.
