- Customer Care: Take care key customers, update customer demands, negotiating & following up to secure new orders/ contracts.
- Logistics & Operation: Searching for optimal logistics solutions; Inventory Control, Planning shipment schedules, and monitoring the delivery of goods to ensure smooth supply chain.
- Compliance & Documentation: Manage all import/export documentation/ procedures and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., customs procedures, local authority regulations).
- Vendor Management: Negotiate with carriers, vendors, and service providers to optimize costs and transport efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Directing, coordinating with internal team to resolve arising issues, customs clearance problems, freight claims, customer’s claims, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Director.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Import-Export, Logistics or related fields.
- Experience: At least 05 years experience at a similar role in Logistics-Forwarding/ Trading/ Manufacturing, have solid knowledge of international trade & Incoterms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skill.
- Strong organizational & time management skill. Capable of working independently & teamwork.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility.
- Good at English, especially writing & communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Age range: 28-40
SALARY: VND 18.000.000 -22.000.000
