Import Export Senior Assistant

Program Initiative:

- Checking and Completing Customs procedure to making sure the correction of Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading,..) and Customs Declaration Forms;
-Incharge customs declaration for all import shipments to Hai Phong Port (North) & some DTC to South & Raw material to factory
- Following Import shipments and make sure delivery schedule in time
- Co-working with Forwarders and Vendors to arrange shipments in time
- Buying Import Cargo Insurance for all needed shipments
- Solving unexpected issues

Tracking & Reporting:

- Report the import shipment ensure delivery and loading on the schedule
- Supervise & double check import expenses monthly
- Having methods to reduce import cost, trucking cost from Port;
- Support to team finished task
- Use and Input to SAP
- Report to Leader (KPI, Import Status, Customs Clearance Result, Issues, import expenses,...)

Integration:

- Maintains technical expertise and knowledge of best practices, changes and developments
- Recommends new approaches, modifications or changes that will improve efficiency

Others:

- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of logistic

- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Economics. Logistics or related fields;

-  At least 02 year of working experience with similar position

- Abilities in written and spoken English
- Hard working, use SAP, some software in office
