Import/Export Shipping Operation

• Handle sea export and import shipments, take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments.
• Daily update shipment information, documentations processing related to shipments and time by time report to direct manager…
• Coordinate with local customers, partners, ports to work smoothly, handling customer's inquiries.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.

Job Requirements

• At least 01 year of experience in forwarder/shipping line. 
• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Know more Chinese & Cambodia is an advantage.
• Having good knowledge of foreign trade, forwarding, import/ export process and custom
• Understand and can handle sea export and import shipments.
• Understand about ASYHUB, EDI system
• Dynamic, hard-working, honest, trustworthy, loyalty, teamwork, professional, detail-oriented
• Sufficient computer literacy (Word/Excel/Email/ Google Drive...).
• Good at leadership, communication, conflict resolution, problem solving & time management skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
