Import-Export Specialist

Import management: (main task)/ Quản lý hàng xuất nhập khẩu: (nhiệm vụ chính)

• Manage import/export shipments, including checking specialized policies, shipping documents, customs declarations, customs value, customs timeline ... for oversea and domestic import/export types of Enterprise Processing Export (EPE)/Quản lý các lô hàng nhập khẩu, xuất khẩu bao gồm kiểm tra các chính sách chuyên ngành, chứng từ vận chuyển, tờ khai hải quan, trị giá hải quan, thời hạn hải quan... đối với các loại hình nhập khẩu/xuất khẩu trong nước và nước ngoài của Doanh nghiệp Chế biến Xuất khẩu (EPE).
• Provide guidance on customs procedures, related customs regulations, manage process of bring goods into/out EPE factory (carry in/out process) to requesters, stakeholders./Hướng dẫn thủ tục hải quan, các quy định hải quan liên quan, quản lý quy trình đưa hàng vào/ra nhà máy EPE (carry in/out process) cho người yêu cầu, các bên liên quan.
• Resolve issues related to the customs clearance (Ex: AMA CD, cancel CD…)./Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến thông quan (Ví dụ: Sửa/hủy tờ khai…)
• Coordinate with 3PL, Vendor to handle customs clearance issues./Phối hợp với 3PL, Nhà cung cấp để xử lý các vấn đề thông quan.
• Coordinate with related departments (purchasing, SCM…) to ensure the accuracy and on-time delivery/shipping of shipment./Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (mua hàng, SCM...) để đảm bảo tính chính xác và giao hàng, xuất hàng đúng hạn.
• Cooperate with IT department to develop system to reduce manual work./Phối hợp với bộ phận IT xây dựng hệ thống nhằm giảm thiểu công việc thủ công.

AEO audit preparation/ Chuẩn bị cho kiểm tra AEO

• Prepare data of import/export for AEO audit./Chuẩn bị dữ liệu xuất nhập khẩu cho kiểm toán AEO.
• Meeting with audit authorities to provide data and explain issue as required./Họp với cơ quan kiểm tra để cung cấp dữ liệu và giải trình vấn đề khi cần thiết.

• Bachelor degree or higher with major of International Trading, import & export or relevant field.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Thương mại Quốc tế, Xuất nhập khẩu hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Years of Experience:  at least 1 YOE/Số năm kinh nghiệm: ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm
• Customs broker license (preferred)/Chứng chỉ đại lý hải quan (ưu tiên)
• Experience working with Customs officer./Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với cán bộ Hải quan.
• Experience in handling post customs audit at AEO/EPE company./Có kinh nghiệm xử lý kiểm tra sau hải quan tại doanh nghiệp AEO/EPE.
• Professional knowledge: AEO, EPE, Incoterm, Vietnam’s law related to tax & customs./Kiến thức chuyên môn: AEO, EPE, Incoterm, luật pháp Việt Nam liên quan đến thuế và hải quan.
• Ability work: Problem solving, negotiation skill, communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and accurately with different levels./Khả năng làm việc: Giải quyết vấn đề, kỹ năng đàm phán, giao tiếp rõ ràng, chu đáo và chính xác với các cấp độ khác nhau.
• Experience with SAP system is an advantage/Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống SAP là một lợi thế
• Foreign Language: Expert level with English/Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh
