1. Shipment & Transportation Coordination
● Monitor production schedules and shipment plans to proactively arrange suitable transportation.
● Arrange transportation and coordinate bookings with logistics providers, including carriers, freight forwarders, DHL/FedEx, and trucking companies, to ensure timely availability.
● Track vessel/flight schedules and promptly communicate any changes to relevant departments.
2. Documentation & Customs Compliance
● Prepare and verify import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, customs declarations, Certificates of Origin (C/O), and fumigation certificates.
● Ensure documentation accuracy, particularly cross-checking purchase orders (PO) against the correct customer/brand to prevent errors.
● Track customs clearance processes and proactively identify and resolve issues arising with customs authorities or logistics partners.
3. Internal Coordination & Reporting
● Coordinate closely with related departments (Planning, Sales/CS, Accounting, Warehouse) to ensure on-time delivery in line with customer commitments.
● Maintain organized, easily retrievable records of shipping documents to support audits and reconciliation as needed.
● Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on import-export activities as required by management.
● Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
● Bachelor's degree in Import-Export, Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
Experience
● At least 1 year of experience in an equivalent import-export role.
Knowledge & Skills
● Solid understanding of customs procedures and import-export documentation.
● Good command of English (reading/writing/basic communication with overseas partners) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

● Detail-oriented and highly responsible — particularly regarding legal documentation and customer invoicing.
● Proactive and responsive in handling unexpected issues; able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
