IMPORT- EXPORT STAFF

UV Joint Stock Company (UV-Vietnam) is a leading reputable Vietnamese company specializing in the research, manufacturing, and distribution of veterinary and aquaculture medicines, as well as biotechnology solutions and high-quality breeding stock.

Our company is located at Lot 18, An Ha Industrial Park, Tan Vinh Loc Commune, Ho Chi Minh City.

As we continue to grow and expand our international markets, we are looking for an Im-Export Officer who is dynamic, has strong English communication skills, demonstrates a high sense of responsibility, and is willing to learn and develop professionally.

WORKING LOCATION & HOURS

• Location: Lot 18, An Ha Industrial Park, Tan Vinh Loc Commune, Ho Chi Minh City

• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

JOB'S DESCRIPTION: 

• Carry out import and export procedures in accordance with the company’s plans and procedures.
• Prepare, check, and manage import/export documentation, including Contracts, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (C/O), Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Quality (CQ), and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, carriers, and relevant parties to monitor the progress of cargo delivery and receipt.
• Coordinate customs declaration procedures, monitor the customs clearance process, and promptly handle any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and monitor shipment schedules to ensure goods are delivered to customers on time and in accordance with requirements.
• Monitor and control import/export costs; organize and maintain documentation and prepare reports in accordance with company regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Import–Export, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in export operations.
• Good understanding of Incoterms.
• Good knowledge of L/C (Letter of Credit) procedures.
• Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via email.
