Improvement & Maintenance Manager

Your role will be central in the company. As the Maintenance & Improvement Manager, you will provide technical leadership to the whole Production Team, directly manage the Maintenance team ensuring Production lines performances. This position involves a focus on operational execution (Preventive Maintenance, New lines installation …) and Process development. It requires a close working relationship with the Factory Production Manager while also working directly with the Engineering team in order to continuously improve our production lines, enhancing the productivity and reliability of our processing equipments.

You are expected to quickly become a technical reference of the company regarding our different processing needs.

More particularly:

• Develop scheduled preventative maintenance plans and ensure its good execution: Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Instruments, Software.

• Monitor compliance of production lines with local regulations, internal production standards (ISO 22000)

• Manage full Maintenance Team, Workshop work, Spare parts list and storage.

• Contributes directly to Factory continuous improvement: Reporting issues and proposing optimizations.

• Support Engineering team for new Equipments installation projects, commissioning phases.

• 5+ years of experience in the same position, experience in Food / Feed / Aquaculture industry in advance.

• Graduated from engineering major: electrical, mechanical engineering, automation

• CAO/DAO skills (autoCAD) for P&ID production: Familiar to work with international standards.

• Good communication skills in both oral and written English.

• Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
