INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER OFFICER (PRESENTATION SKILLS)

Responsibilities

1. Company effectiveness improvement project

• Analyze factory KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions
• Lead and implement improvement initiatives (e.g., reduce changeover time, improve dyeing quality, eliminate waste)
• Monitor and follow up on project results to ensure sustainability

2. Propaganda & support project execution

• Act as presenter/coordinator for IE improvement projects (Kaizen Day, workshop, factory tour)
• Translate improvement ideas into clear and impactful presentations
• Support visualization of data and project results (slides, reports, dashboards)
• Drive employee engagement in continuous improvement activities

3. Customer & Management Presentation Support

• Support preparation of company profile and improvement storytelling for customers
• Assist IE managers in delivering professional presentations

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: industrial engineering, textile engineering, Lean related majors
• Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS. Office and analysis tools
• Years of Work Experience: 2 year
• Technical Skills: Presentation skill
• Languages: Vietnamese – English, Chinese is an advantage
• Working place: Crystal Elegance Textiles Viet Nam (Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam)
