Industrial Engineer Section Manager (IE Section Manager)

- Analyze daily and weekly production workloads; plan and allocate labor to ensure optimal staffing for all workstations.

- Estimate and validate line, cell, and plant capacity; monitor actual vs. planned capacity and take corrective actions.

- Conduct value stream mapping, identify waste and bottlenecks, and implement lean initiatives (TPS, Kaizen, Standard Work, 5S).

- Improve productivity, reduce cycle times, and enhance flow for tire building, curing, finishing, and related processes.

- Work with cost accounting to identify cost drivers and execute initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency

- Track and report KPIs such as manpower utilization, OEE, cycle time, productivity, and capacity utilization; prepare dashboards for management.

- Lead IE/continuous improvement projects from concept to implementation with measurable results.

- Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and safety teams on improvement activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Experience in manufacturing (tire industry preferred).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of Lean, TPS, VSM, OEE, and productivity improvement tools

• Experienced in team management
