INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER SENIOR SUPERVISOR (WORLD-CLASS MANUFACTURING)

1. Process Standardization & Optimization

• Design and improve work stations (Visual control, WIP management).
• Lead the team in standardizing SOPs and conducting regular 6S audits

2. Machine improvement project:

• Conduct frequent Gemba walks to identify root causes of machine downtime. 
• Implement solutions for machine effectiveness improvement, including Quick Changeover (SMED).

3. Data Analysis & Presentation

• Utilize Office tools to visualize performance and savings 
• Present outcomes and proposals to management in English.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: industrial engineering, textile engineering, Lean related majors
• Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS. Office and analysis tools
• Years of Work Experience: 3 years
• Technical Skills: IE knowledge or Textile knowledge or Chemical engineering knowledge
• Languages: Vietnamese – English, Chinese is an advantage
• Working place: Crystal Elegance Textiles Viet Nam (Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam)
